First Grade Financial Solutions was established in 2012 after the director got fed up with the lack of personal touch in the banks. He saw a need to become a broker to take the time to understand the client’s personal needs and situation to guide them through the lending process. By taking this approach, we ensure our clients loans are structured in a way that best suits their individual needs.

Director, John Bubis worked for major banks for over 28 years. Throughout that time, he spent 24 years writing loans. This experience has given him an in-depth knowledge of what is required to seamlessly progress a loan from application to approval.
