As indicated John has been a banker all his working life with some 20 years of managing major banks and writing loans for 28 years.
John realised in his recent banking role that the job had changed and wanted to go back to helping people find the right loan and grow with them, so the decision to move to Mortgage Brokering was a natural one and he has now been a Mortgage Broker for 8 years.
John’s success over the years has come from being able to ask the right questions and listening to the customer needs.
John has lived in the North all his life and is married with two adult children. His other passion whilst not working is dedicating his time in helping local sporting clubs in the winter and in the summer, he is either playing or coaching local cricket.
Natalie Donaldson Mortgage Support Manager
Natalie joined the team in September 2020, bringing a wealth of knowledge from the banking industry.
Natalie manages the office operations and procedures in addition to assisting and supporting John and our clients with the loan application process.
Natalie has almost 30 years’ experience with NAB in various roles and 6 months with another broking firm. She is a valuable addition to the First Grade Financial Solutions team.
